Booking & Cancellation policy
Because we operate in a truly remote setting, we have substantial preparatory and fixed costs and have made important employment commitments to our valued staff.
These are the primary reasons for our robust booking and payment policy. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and/or interruption insurance. We invite you to visit reach out to our partners at Acera Insurance for a direct quote.To secure your booking – and prior to payment – you will be required to sign a digital copy of our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks participant agreement. Once we’ve received confirmation of the signed online waiver, the deposit is due within seven days. Please note: this same release will also be administered, signed and witnessed in person at the lodge during your safety orientation.
For Standard Packages, a $9,500 per person deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Deposits are fully refundable until April 15th and become non-refundable as of April 16th.
Full payment is due by October 15th.
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason after April 15th, we will do our very best to find a replacement. If we can fill your spot(s), most or all payments will be refunded. Because this process may prove to be labour intensive and we may be forced to discount the seat(s) in order to find a replacement, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit in very special circumstances. However, we do respect the investment and trust you place in us and we will work diligently to fill your spot(s).
Vertical
guarantee
If you do not reach the minimum guarantee of 30,000 vertical metres due to poor flying weather, you will be issued a refund of $100 / 1,000 vertical metres (or) a credit for a future booking in the amount of $150 per 1,000 metres. The credit option is good for 2 years and is non-transferable.
Medical & Evacuation insurance
We are proud to provide medical, accident and evacuation insurance - included in your package price.

Release of liability waiver
All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks participant agreement prior to booking. The waiver will also be presented and signed in-person after our safety briefing at the lodge. In the meantime, please find a copy of the waiver here.
