Travel Logistics
Your trip with us begins at the South Terminal of the Vancouver International Airport.
Your private charter flight departs at 0930 on Friday morning, we highly recommend arriving in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon / evening. We have special rates for our guests at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport and can also recommend accommodation and restaurants in the Vancouver area.
Guests will return to the South Terminal the following Friday at around mid-day. Although we recommend another night in Vancouver due to the possibility of weather delays, it is possible to book a return flight home from Vancouver on Friday evening.
